Switra Account Deletion
This page explains how users can request account deletion for Switra and how related data is handled.
How to request deletion
Request inside the app
- Sign in to the Switra app.
- Open the Settings screen.
- Select the account deletion option.
- Review the notice and confirm the request.
Request on the web
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request by email.

Suggested subject: [Switra] Account deletion request
Include the email address used for registration or enough information for us to verify account ownership.
What happens after a deletion request
- Access to the account is disabled and the account can no longer be used normally.
- Alert settings, watchlists, and user-created signal or strategy configurations are subject to deletion.
- Device notification data such as FCM tokens is no longer used for message delivery.
- Shared links and some service logs may be cleared in sequence depending on system processing timing.
Data that may be retained
- Payment or transaction records that must be retained by applicable law
- Minimum logs required for fraud prevention, security response, or dispute handling
- Any information that must be retained under legal obligations
Retained information is deleted or irreversibly anonymized after the applicable retention period ends. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
If you have an active subscription
If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you may need to cancel auto-renewal separately in the store subscription settings.
