Switra Privacy Policy

mjkompany ("Company") values user privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected in the Switra service ("Service").

Article 1 (Purpose and Data Collected)

2. Data Collected

  • Required: email address
  • Optional: payment information (when using paid services)
  • Automatically collected: IP address, device information (OS/device), app version, access logs, and service usage history
  • When Firebase is used: Firebase Installation ID (FID), Firebase user agent
  • When push notifications are used: FCM token and platform information
  • When strategy sharing is used: share-link access logs (IP, access time, device/browser info) and strategy import history

We do not collect location information.

  • If deletion is requested, data is deleted without delay unless retention is required by law.

  • Consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years
  • Access logs: 3 months

Article 4 (Third-Party Provision)

Personal information is not provided to third parties without user consent, except where required by law.

We currently do not outsource personal information processing tasks.
