Switra Terms of Service
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between mjkompany ("Company") and users of the Switra service ("Service").
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Service and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the mobile application and related features provided by the Company.
- "User" means an individual or legal entity using the Service under these Terms.
- "Paid Member" means a user subscribed to a paid plan.
- "Free Member" means a user using the free-tier scope of the Service.
- "Strategy" means user-created and saved signal conditions, indicator combinations, thresholds, alert rules, and related settings.
- "Share Link" means a URL generated by a user to share a publicly enabled strategy.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment)
- These Terms are posted on the initial screen or linked screen of the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms within applicable law.
- Amendments are announced at least 7 days before effective date.
- Material changes disadvantageous to users are announced at least 30 days in advance.
- Users who do not agree may terminate the service contract.
Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)
- Real-time signal alerts and condition search
- User-configured alert and strategy management features
- Strategy share-link creation and strategy import features
The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for technical or operational reasons, and material changes will be announced in advance.
The Service generates and delivers signals based on user-defined conditions (indicator combinations, thresholds, and alert rules). The Company and Service do not provide any investment advice or solicitation, and do not provide individualized recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or allocate financial products.
Article 5 (Account Registration and Management)
- Users must provide accurate information and must not use others' information.
- Users are responsible for managing their account credentials.
- Accounts may not be transferred, lent, or shared.
- Users must immediately notify the Company of account theft or security incidents.
Article 6 (Paid Services)
- Paid members may use additional features according to plan terms.
- Payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to applicable law, app marketplace policies (Apple App Store, Google Play), and the Company refund policy.
- If a material defect in paid services is attributable to the Company, the Company will provide a refund or equivalent remedy.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew by billing cycle unless canceled before the next billing date.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
- Unauthorized use of others' information, accounts, or payment methods
- Interference with normal service operations
- Acts violating laws or infringing third-party rights
- Security threat acts such as malware distribution, hacking attempts, and scraping
Article 8 (Strategies and Share Links)
- Rights to user-created strategies belong to the user in principle.
- Users may enable public sharing and create share links for their strategies.
- Users accessing a share link may copy and register the strategy only via Company-defined steps (for example, clicking "Import to my strategy").
- The Company may use strategy information to the extent necessary for service delivery, operation, security, and backup.
- Since share links are accessible to anyone with the link, users are responsible for managing sharing scope.
- Users may deactivate share links at any time.
- The Company may restrict exposure or disable strategies/share links that violate law, infringe rights, or threaten service stability.
Article 9 (Free-tier Limits and Service Notices)
- Certain advanced features may be limited for free-tier users.
- The Company does not display third-party advertisements.
- However, in-service notices for the Company's paid plans, feature upgrades, or new features may be shown.
Article 10 (Restriction and Termination)
- If a user violates these Terms or laws, the Company may take stepwise actions such as warning, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension.
- Except for urgent security cases, the Company provides notice of reasons and an opportunity to respond.
- Users may request account deletion and contract termination at any time.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party causes outside reasonable control.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of user-defined conditions (indicator combinations, thresholds, and alert rules), or outcomes from them.
- Final investment decisions and outcomes are the user's responsibility.
- This does not limit liability where damage is caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Personal Information)
The Company protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and details are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court under Korean civil procedure law.
Supplementary Provision
- These Terms take effect on April 8, 2026.
- Amendments are announced 7 days in advance, or 30 days for material changes.
